Amonkar Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LudoPay mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data collected through your use of the App.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide a smooth, secure multiplayer gaming experience:

Account & Authentication: Mobile phone number (for OTP verification), custom username or display name, and avatar picture.
Gameplay & Match Data: Game room codes, move telemetry, token positions, victory states, and coin/points balance.
Device & Diagnostics: Device manufacturer, OS version, network status, unique hardware/Firebase instance ID, and crash log traces.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information gathered is utilized strictly to:

Provide real-time synchronization of game rooms, dice rolls, and match lobbies.
Authenticate your account and maintain user profiles across re-installs.
Enforce Anti-Cheat algorithms, monitor suspicious gameplay anomalies, and maintain fair play.
Provide customer support, resolve technical inquiries, and push bug fixes.

3. Fair Play & Security Assurance

All dice rolls are generated strictly using cryptographically secure Pseudo-Random Number Generation (PRNG) executed server-side. No client device has access to predict or manipulate dice outcomes. Network traffic is encrypted with standard TLS/SSL protocols.

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party infrastructure providers to run our game services:

Cloud & Database Hosting: Secure cloud providers with encrypted storage.
SMS/OTP Gateways: To deliver verification codes directly to your device.
Crash & Performance Monitoring: To capture and fix software errors.

5. Children's Privacy

LudoPay is designed and intended solely for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal identification data from children under 18 years of age.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account remains active. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated gameplay logs at any time by contacting our support team at support@amonkartech.com. Upon verification, your profile and history will be purged within 30 days.

7. Terms of Service Summary

By creating an account or playing matches on LudoPay, you agree not to use unauthorized bots, third-party modification tools, or attempt to exploit game glitches. Accounts engaging in unfair play or abusive language in multiplayer chat may face immediate temporary suspension or permanent termination.
